Ms. Delores Diamond Spruill, 74, of Smithfield, died Jan. 17, 2019, at Bryan Center in Smithfield. A funeral service will be noon Wednesday, Jan. 23, 2019, at Toodle’s Chapel, with Bishop Eric Spruill officiating. Burial will be in Mangohick Baptist Church Cemetery in Hanover, Virginia.
