Ms. Pearl O’Neal Stephens, a resident of Ridgewood Manor, Washington, died Sunday, Jan. 20, 2019. A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 26, 2019, at St. James DOC Church in Belhaven. Interment will be at the Black Bottom Cemetery in Belhaven. The family will be receiving family and friends at 228 Duke St., Belhaven. Arrangements are by New Beginning Funeral Home and Cremation, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
