Mrs. Patricia Ann Burroughs Cox, 81, a resident of Washington, died Sunday, Feb. 3, 2019, at her home. A graveside funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 7, 2019, at Pamlico Memorial Gardens.
