Mr. Frank Emmett Deaner, 80, a resident of Washington, died Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2019.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 9, 2019, in the sanctuary of First United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 8, 2019, in Wesley Hall at the church. Arrangements are by Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington.
