Ms. Emma K. Best, 82, of Washington, died Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2019. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 16, 2019, at Mary’s Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, Washington. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church. Arrangements are by Congleton Funeral Home and Cremations, 3205 E. 10th St., Greenville.
