Mr. John Richard Hamilton, 71, a former resident of Elizabeth City and Winton, died Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2019, at Ridgewood Rehabilitation and Living Center in Washington.

A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 21, 2019, at Ridgewood Rehabilitation and Living Center. Arrangements are by Paul Funeral Home & Crematory in Washington.
