Betty Jean Woolard, 90, a resident of Bayleaf Plantation in Washington, died Friday, Feb. 15, 2019. A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 23, 2019, at the First United Methodist Church, Washington. Burial will be private. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington is serving the Woolard family.
