Mr. Kenneth Columbus Snow, 85, a resident of Washington, died Monday, Feb. 18, 2019, at his home. A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 21, 2019, at Oakdale Cemetery in Washington. Arrangements are by Paul Funeral Home & Crematory in Washington.
