Joseph Carter Leary, 75, a resident of 326 E. 12th Street, Washington, died Monday, Feb. 18, 2019 at his home. A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Friday, March 1, 2019 at Alligood Church of God, officiated by Pastor Phillip Jethro. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1 p.m. until the service hour at the church.
