Nancy Brooks Wiggins, age 72, a resident of Chocowinity, died Saturday, Feb. 23, 2019 at her home. A funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 27, 2019 at Washington Assembly of God officiated by Rev. Donnie Smith. Burial will follow in Pamlico Memorial Gardens. Visitation was Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2019 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Washington Assembly of God. Joseph B.
