Fred Edward Ervin, 85, of Creswell, died Monday, March 4, 2019, at Vidant Chowan Hospital in Edenton. A memorial service was held Thursday, March 7, 2019, at Philippi Church of Christ, Creswell, with Glenn Brickhouse and Howard Simpson officiating. Burial will be held at a later date in Long Beach, Mississippi. Arrangements are by Maitland Funeral Home, Creswell.
