Mrs. Thelma Lee Howard, a resident of 2433 Puddin Hill Road, Scranton, died Friday, March 1, 2019. A funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, March 9, 2019, at Mt. Pilgrim DOC Church in Scranton. The interment will be at the Mackey Cemetery in Scranton. There will be a public viewing on Friday, March 8, 2019, at the New Beginning Funeral Home from 1:30 p.m. until 5 p.m. The family will be receiving family and friends at 2433 Puddin Hill Road, Scranton. Arrangements are by New Beginning Funeral Home and Cremation, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
