Mrs. Frances Guthrie Foster, 80, a resident of West Old Pamlico Beach Road, Belhaven, died Thursday, March 28, 2019 at her home. A graveside service will be 2 p.m. Sunday, March 31, 2019, at Pamlico Beach Community Cemetery at Ryder Hill. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Saturday, March 30, 2019, at Paul Funeral Home in Belhaven and other times at her home. Arrangements are by Paul Funeral Home in Belhaven.
