Mrs. Jeannette Ruth Willis Duncan, 73, a resident of 305 Smaw Road, Washington, passed away Tuesday, April 2, 2019, at Vidant Medical Center. A funeral service will be 11 a.m. Saturday, April 6, 2019, at Bath Christian Church. Burial will follow in Oakdale Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Friday, April 5, 2019, at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory and other times at the home. Arrangements are by Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington.
