Bill Douglas Ingalls, 78, a resident of 4401 Market St. Ext., Washington, died Wednesday, April 24, 2019, at his home surrounded by family. A funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Friday, April 26, 2019, at Graceway Pentecostal Holiness Church, officiated by Rev. Linwood Lewis. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until noon prior to the service at the church and other times at the home. Burial will follow in Pamlico Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are by Joseph B.
