Mattie Jane Burns, 87, of Creswell, died Monday, April 29, 2019, at her grandson’s residence in Engelhard. A funeral service will be held Thursday, May 2, 2019, at 2 p.m. at Philippi Church of Christ, Creswell, with Jimmy Davenport and Glenn Brickhouse officiating. Burial will follow in the Davenport family cemetery. Family will receive friends on Thursday, May 2, 2019, from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at Philippi Church of Christ and other times at the residence. Arrangements are by Maitland Funeral Home, Creswell.
