Superintendent Joseph Tony Hoggard, 86, of 1283 N.C. Highway 45 South, Plymouth, died May 4, 2019, at Washington County Hospital, Plymouth. A funeral service will be 11 a.m. Friday, May 10, 2019, at Pentecostal Temple Church of God in Christ, with Bishop LeRoy Jackson Woolard officiating. Burial will follow in Boyd-Brooks family cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Thursday at Pentecostal Temple Church of God in Christ and other times at the home. Arrangements are by Toodle’s Funeral Home, Plymouth.
