Mr. Joseph Clinton Bridges, of Brooklyn, New York, and formerly of Washington, died Tuesday, May 14, 2019. The family will receive family and friends from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., followed by the funeral service at 7:15 p.m. Friday, May 24, 2019, at the New Hope Pentecostal Church in Brooklyn, New York. The burial will be on Saturday, May 25, 2019.
