Phyllis Jean Rodgers, 77, died Thursday, May 16, 2019. A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Friday, May 24, 2019, at the Little Grove Holiness Church, 312 Van Norden St., Washington, Pastor Cindy Columbus officiating.  Burial will follow in the Cedar Hill Cemetery in Washington. A viewing will be held one hour prior to the services. Arrangements are by Hemby-Willoughby Mortuary, Inc., of Tarboro.
