SOUTHERN PINES — First Bank is pleased to announce that Dee Cannon has been hired as banking officer/loan processor for the Washington branch.

“Dee is an incredible addition to the Washington team,” said Christopher P. Whitehead, First Bank vice president business development officer. “She has over 14 years of experience in banking and 28 years of experience as an administrative assistant and in office management. We are excited for her new role and the opportunities that it will afford her.”

Originally from Washington, Dee is currently working on her associate degree in business management. Dee resides in Chocowinity with her husband, Tony, and her children, Julia and Dawson.
