David Glenn Wright, age 59, relocated from his earthly home in Sevierville, Tennessee, to heaven Sunday, June 2, 2019. A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Sunday, June 9, 2019, at the home of his parents, Lou and Winfred Wright, of Washington.

David was born June 28, 1959. He was a graduate of Nottoway County High School, Nottoway, Virginia. He served in the United States Air Force and later, the United States Army.

Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth “Betty Liz” Keller Wright; their daughters, Nicole Wright Avina and Julie Wright Martinez and their families, of Sevierville, Tennessee; his parents, Winfred and Lucia “Lou” Wright, of Washington; two sisters, Sandra Hayer and husband Robert, of Richmond, Virginia, and Linda Linton and husband David, of Washington; one brother, Thomas Wright and wife Mona, of Roanoke, Virginia; and several nieces and nephews.
