Patricia Owens Norris, 76, a resident of Chocowinity, died at her home on Wednesday, June 5, 2019, surrounded by family. A graveside funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, June 8, 2019, at the Edwards family cemetery in Chocowinity. The family received friends from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Friday, June 7, 2019, at Washington Assembly of God. Arrangement are by Joseph B.
