Mr. Billy Gray Bynum, 72, of Rocky Mount, died Thursday, June 20, 2019. A funeral service will be held at noon Saturday, June 29, 2019, at Restoration Worship Center, Rocky Mount. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service at the church. Arrangements are by Congleton Funeral Home and Cremations, 3205 E. 10th St., Greenville.
