Debra Jean Harris, age 56, a resident of Washington, died Tuesday, June 25, 2019, as a result of injuries received in an automobile accident.
A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, June 29, 2019, at Washington Assembly of God, officiated by Pastor Kevin Woolard. The family will receive friends prior to the service, from 1 p.m. until the service hour.
Debra was born in Washington County on Jan. 18, 1963, the daughter of the late Jefferson Hudson and Delores Bateman Hudson. She is survived by her husband, Harold Wayne Harris, of Washington; two daughters, April Jean Waters, of Washington; Reba Dawn Ayers and husband Jasper, of Chocowinity; a brother, Leonard Hudson and wife Emily, of Washington; three grandchildren, Lori Waters, Tyler Jefferson Jones, Shannon Ayers; and two nieces, Rebecca Hudson and Harley Hudson.
