Carl Edward Blackburn, 78, a resident of Washington, died at his home Thursday, June 27, 2019. A funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday, July 2, 2019, at Washington Assembly of God, officiated by Rev. Gary Bateman and Pastor Daniel Haskett. The family will receive friends prior to the service, from 1 p.m. until the service hour.
