Mrs. Lucy Selby, of 290 Green Hill Road, Engelhard, died Monday, July 29, 2019, at Vidant Beaufort Hospital. A funeral service will be held at noon Saturday, Aug. 3, 2019, at the Mt. Pilgrim Baptist Church, Engelhard. Interment will be at the Cox-Brown Cemetery in (Slocum) Engelhard. The family will be receiving friends at the home. Arrangements are by New Beginning Funeral Home and Cremation, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
