Leonard Phillips, 80, of 211 Rollingwood Drive, Snow Hill, died Thursday, Aug. 1, 2019, at Brookdale Senior Living, Goldsboro. A funeral services will be 11 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 8, 2019, at St. James A.M.E. Zion Church, Goldsboro. Burial will follow in the eastern Carolina State Veterans Cemetery, Goldsboro.
