Betty Ann Sheppard, 86, of Morehead City, passed away Sunday, Aug.11­, 2019, at Carteret Health Care. Her funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 15, 2019, at Cape Carteret Presbyterian. A second service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 17, 2019, at Lewinsville Presbyterian Church, 1724 Chain Bridge Road in McLean, Virginia. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 15 prior to the service at Cape Carteret Presbyterian Church.
