Mr. Harlen Junior Blackburn, 91, a former resident of N.C. Highway 45 North, Belhaven, died Saturday, Aug. 17, 2019, at Autumnfield of Belhaven.

A funeral service was held 2 p.m. Monday, Aug. 19, 2019, at Mount Olive Church of Christ, U.S. Highway 264 East, Belhaven, conducted by Mike Caton. Burial followed in the Church Cemetery. The family received friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 18, 2019, at Paul Funeral Home in Belhaven and other times at the home of his daughter, Kathy Boyd, 455 Maple St., Pantego.
