Ms. Rubell Smith, of Grimesland, died Monday, Aug, 26, 2019, at the Vidant-Pitt Medical Center. A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 31, 2019, at the New Beginning FH&C chapel. Arrangements are by New Beginning Funeral Home and Cremation, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
