Ms. Annie Mitchell Small, 89, of 207 Mackeys Road, Plymouth, died Sept. 7, 2019, at home. A funeral service will be held at noon Friday, Sept. 13, 2019, at Second Zion Grove Missionary Baptist Church, with Pastor Hubert Judon officiating. Burial will follow in Second Zion Grove Church cemetery.
