Edward “Buggs” Earl Williams, Jr., 49, of 619 N. Herritage St., Apt. 103, Kinston, died Friday, Sept. 13, 2019, at Transition Life Care in Raleigh. A funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 21, 2019, at St. Mark Church Ministries, 1009 E. Bright St., Kinston. Burial will follow in the Lodge Hall Cemetery, Snow Hill. Viewing will be held one hour prior to the service. Arrangements are by Trinity Memorial Funeral Home of Kinston.
