Ms. Emma Carolyn Williams, 82, of Ocoee, Florida, died on Wednesday, Sept. 18, 2019. A funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 28, 2019, at Ware Creek Missionary Baptist Church, Blounts Creek. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service at the church. Arrangements are by Congleton Funeral Home and Cremations, 3205 E. 10th St., Greenville.
