John Edward Hill, 71, of 222 Mill Creek Road, Pollocksville, died Thursday, Sept. 19, 2019, at Durham VA Medical Center. A funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 28, 2019, at Free Will Chapel F.W.B. Church. Burial will follow in the J.B. Hill family cemetery, Pollocksville. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church. Arrangements are by Trinity Memorial Funeral Home, Inc., Kinston.
