Mr. Stacy Lane Waters, 57, a resident of Edenton, died Friday, Sept. 27, 2019, at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital in Virginia. A funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 2, 2019, at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington. Burial will follow in the Waters family cemetery located at 415 Waters Road, Pinetown. The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, at the funeral home. Arrangements are by Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington.
