Ms. Eddie Ophelia Thigpen, 78, of 218 Adams St., Plymouth, died Oct. 14, 2019, at Three Rivers Health & Rehabilitation Center, Windsor. Arrangements will be announced by Toodle’s Funeral Home, Plymouth. The family will be receiving friends at the home of her sister, Mrs. Guernita T. Simmons, 111 Lily of the Valley Road, Plymouth.
