Mrs. Bettie B. Parker, 66, of 6226 U.S. Highway 17 South, Chocowinity, died Monday, Oct. 14, 2019, at River Trace Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Washington. A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 19, 2019, at House of Prayer Deliverance Ministries, 315 Van Norden St., Washington. Burial will follow at Oakdale Cemetery, Belhaven. Visitation will be 1 hour prior to service at 10 a.m. at the church, and from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. Friday, Oct. 18, 2019, in the L.R. Memorial Chapel, 208 W. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Washington. The family will receive friends at the home of Retha Williams, 603 Haven St., Washington. Arrangements are by Leon Randolph Funeral Home.
