Mr. Oscar Levi Moore Sr., formerly a resident of 846 Pierce St., Washington, died at the Carver Rehabilitation Center in Durham. A viewing will be held Thursday, Oct. 17, 2019, from 1 p.m. until 5 p.m., with Masonic Rites at the New Beginning FH &C Chapel. Services will be 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 18, 2019, at the Spring Garden Missionary Baptist Church, Washington. Interment will be at the Cedar Hill Cemetery Washington. Arrangements are by New Beginning Funeral Services and Cremation, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
