Mr. Herbert Lee Leggett Jr., age 49, a resident of 1435 Bennett Road, Williamston, died Thursday, Oct. 31, 2019, at his home. A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 3, 2019, at Jamesville First Baptist Church. The family will receive friends at the home. Arrangements are by Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington.
