Mr. Carlos McCellan Jackson, 92, a resident of 400 Latham Lane, Pinetown, died Nov. 4, 2019, at his home. A funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 7, 2019, at Pinetown Church of Christ. Burial will follow in the Latham family cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Wednesday at Paul Funeral Home in Washington.
