Mrs. Dorothy White, of 16317 130th Avenue, Jamaica, New York, died Thursday, Nov. 21, 2019. A funeral service will be held at noon Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2019, at the St. James COC-DOC Church in Belhaven. The interment will be at the White family cemetery. Arrangements are by New Beginning Funeral Services and Cremation, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington.
