Janice Ann Rogerson Modlin, 85, of Plymouth, died Friday, Nov. 29, 2019, at her residence in Plymouth, surrounded by her loving family. A funeral service was held Monday, Dec. 2, 2019, at Hope Free Will Baptist Church, with Rev. Leonard Bowers and Rev. Jeff Person officiating. Burial followed in Hillside Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are by Maitland Funeral Home, Plymouth.
