Mrs. Kay O’Neal Moore, of 410 Frederick Road, Chocowinity, died Monday, Dec. 2, 2019, at the Vidant-Beaufort Medical Center. Arrangements will be announced by New Beginning Funeral Home and Cremation, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington. Family will receive family and friends at 73 Pine St., Pantego.
