Mr. Shelly Keys, of 363 N. Repress St., Washington, died Wednesday, Nov. 27, 2019, at home. A funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 7, 2019, at St. Anna Missionary Baptist Church, 1841 Flat Swamp Road, Blounts Creek. Burial will follow at St. Anna Missionary Baptist Church cemetery. Visitation will be at noon, one hour prior to the service at the church, and from 2 p.m. until 5 p.m. Friday, Dec. 6, 2019, the L.R. Memorial Chapel, 208 W. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Washington. The family will receive friends at the home. Arrangements are by Leon Randolph Funeral Home, Washington.
