Mr. Carl Winfield, of the Windsteadville community of Belhaven, died on Saturday, Jan. 11, 2020, at the Roanoke Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Williamston. Arrangements will be announced by New Beginning Funeral Home and Cremation, on 219 N. Bonner St., Washington. Family will receive family and friends at 2136 Pamlico Beach Road, Belhaven.
