Mr. Carl Weston Winfield, of the Winsteadville community of Belhaven, died Saturday, Jan. 11, 2020, at the Roanoke Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Williamston. A funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 18, 2020, at the Woodstock FWB Church in Belhaven. Viewing will be one hour prior to service at the church. Interment will be at the Woodstock Church Cemetery in Belhaven. Arrangements are by New Beginning Funeral Services and Cremation, 219 N. Bonner St., Washington. Family will receive family and friends at 2136 Pamlico Beach Road, Belhaven.
