Joseph “Shine” Raleigh Hoggard, 90, of Bull Hill Road, Windsor, died Thursday, Jan. 23, 2020, at the Edenton House. A funeral service will be held Saturday, Jan. 25, 2020, at 2 p.m. at Ross Baptist Church. Rev. Dr. Jeffery Russell will officiate. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday, Jan. 24, 2020, from 6 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. at Walker Funeral Home and other times at the home of Patricia and Jerry Collis, 106 Eden Lane, Merry Hill. Arrangements are by Walker Funeral Home of Windsor.
