Carolyn Spruill Freeman Phelps, 88, a resident of The Fountains of the Albemarle, died Sunday, Jan. 26, 2020. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Jan. 28, 2020 at 3 p.m. at Cashie Baptist Church, Windsor. The family will receive friends from 2 p.m. until service time Jan. 28 at Cashie Baptist Church and from the home of Nancy F. Joyner, 601 Sterlingworth St., Windsor at other times.
