Sara P. (Ross) Stalls, 84, of Hampstead, passed away on Nov. 23, 2019, at New Hanover Regional Hospital, Wilmington. She was survived by her five children, Nancy DeVries, of Hampstead, Ebor R. Ross Jr. of Hampton, Virginia, April Ross, of Chapel Hill, Marty Ross, of Oak City, and O’Dare Krenzke, of Hazelhurst, Mississippi. She was also survived by seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. A graveside memorial service will be held with family at St. Clair’s Church of God, Bath, at 3 p.m. Feb. 22, 2020. Arrangements are by Paul Funeral Home, Washington.
