Mr. Thomas Cotton, 81, of 1624 Highland Drive, Washington, died Saturday, Feb. 15, 2020, at Ridgewood Rehabilitation & Living Center. A funeral service will be held Saturday, Feb. 29, 2020, at 3 p.m. at L.R. Memorial Chapel, Washington. Visitation will be held from 2 p.m. until 5 p.m. Friday, Feb. 28, 2020, at L.R.
